Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is collected and used through credoboost.com (the "Website"). CredoBoost is a company in formation. Until it is incorporated, the Website is operated by its founder, Arik Gurevich ("CredoBoost", "we", "us"). When the company is incorporated, it will take over this role and we will update this policy.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Arik Gurevich, founder of CredoBoost, based in Israel. You can contact us about privacy at credoboost@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the pilot application form, we collect:
- your name, company name and work email address;
- whether you are contacting us as a merchant, partner or investor;
- any information you choose to include in your message, such as transaction volumes and markets.
Our hosting provider also processes technical data needed to deliver the Website securely, such as IP addresses in server logs. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To respond to your request and discuss the pilot program, a partnership or an investment: based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To keep the Website secure and prevent spam and abuse: based on our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Website and respond to you, acting on our instructions:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), based in the United States;
- our email provider, to receive and answer your message.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email credoboost@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work, or with Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
